First thing to look at is the way of changing the lens.
Detach the lens by pushing the lever at the bottom side of the lens, and at the same time turning the lens counterclockwise.
When attaching it, coincide the red-colored dot on the lens with the red-colored dot on the camera front first, and then turn it clockwise.
