The dials between the view lens and the taking lens are the shutter dial at the left and the aperture dial at the right.
The numbers on the shutter dial are light values which couples with the aperture value, means that selecting the aperture value turns the light value index on the center of the shutter dial. Then, turn the shutter dial to coincide the light value (the number on the shutter dial) with the index.
The lock for these dials is on the center of the aperture dial. (The lock is released in the picture.)
The flash sync contact is at the right of the view lens, which was shifted to the left side on 2.8F. (Refer to Rolleiflex 2.8F.)
