We introduce the previous model of Fotosnaipar on the pages from here.
The camera body is Zenit ES. It has a built-in self-timer and MF and X sync. Shutter speeds are B and from 1/30 to 1/500sec. The film speed range is from ASA 16 to 500. The exposure window is built on top of the camera.
One of the differences between the old type and the new type is that while the new type employs the crank to rewind the film, the old one employs the knob to do it. The rewind knob is in the center of the film speed setting dial at the left-hand side of the camera top. This knob is stored in the camera when not in use, so it has to be raised by turning it counterclockwise to use it.The standard lens is Herios-44-2, f2/58mm. One thing that you have to know when using this lens is that it doesn't employ the automatic diaphragm mechanism, so you have to set the adequate aperture after focusing a subject at full aperture.
The telephoto lens is Tair-3-Phs, f4.5/300mm.The contents of the set - the camera body, the standard and the telephoto lens, five filters, the pistol grip and the shoulder pad - are same as the new one except one thing. On the old type, these contents are stored in the metal trunk instead of the camera bag.
From the next few pages, we will take a look at the operations that are different from the ones on the new type.
