Determine the shutter speed

The shutter speed is determined by the combination of the width of the slit and the spring tension.
The shutter speed scale is on top of the camera (in the figure above).

ex. When the slit width is 1/4 and the spring tension is 6, the shutter speed will be 1/500sec.
